Catch-a-Kiss

Catch-a-Kiss
(Catechist)

Stop any catechist in their tracks and ask them
if they’ve felt God’s love in their mission?
They’ll tell you that they’ve had many God-kisses. =)
Catechists come in all shapes and sizes,
bringing different flavours and scents.

For one thing, most of them believe in “Paying it Forward.”
Saturday afternoons and Sunday mornings will never be the same again.
Saturday’s high tea might be leading the kids/teens in a role play of Noah’s Ark.
And Sunday’s breakfast? Singing and praising God in worship songs!
And the best thing you can ever get cannot be measured in $, or m & ms.
It might just be a simple yet life-changing embrace from a child or kid/teen
who has finally learnt the true meaning of God’s love.

Each stone is unique and different, just like how each kid is special.

When you share your life and faith with love,
you’ll find that many are actually listening.

Public speaking may be a challenge,
but God will see you through and bring you there.

Soon, they will be as brave as you.
In time, they will flower and bloom. =)

In all things, remember to affirm and give thanks!

Be a catechist.

Make a difference in someone's life someday.
